85mm f1.2. What a lens! All taken sans flash. The first one's a bit fuzzy (and I added a texture to it to 'art' it up a bit more...though I must say it's my least favorite of these. For some reason we never got a good one of her this time around though.)

Not the kind of picture you'd necessarilly want on your wall. But fun, particularly if you know the boy. He's a silly guy, but a hoot!

Our doggy, Henri (short for Henrietta (yes, she's a girl doggy)), LOVES to climb in the tub. Weirdo. Anyhow, I don't know if the painting filter adds anything to it, but it's all in fun.

Quick test shot with a Canon 50mm f1.4 I'd borrowed. It overexposed a bit and is a bit soft (well, I was shooting wide open, so what did I expect), but overall not too bad. It didn't make me desperate to own one though. The blown up version (click on the image) is significantly nicer than the smaller in my opinion though. You can't see the detail of the picture (blown highlights and all) in the smaller version. (And yes, even with the overexposure (which was no biggie because I was shooting RAW), I blew some of the highlights on purpose in post processing)
